🪙Sand Dollar Marine provides professional vessel delivery services for sail and powerboats up to 100 tons GRT. Whether you are moving your pride and joy across the Keys or across the Atlantic, we ensure a safe, efficient, and professional transit.

  • Vessels < 100 Tons: Handled by our core team.

  • Vessels 200 – 500+ Tons: We maintain a network of high-tonnage captains available upon request.

  • Specialized Crew: We offer standalone crew options, including videographers, onboard cooks/stewards, and seamanship instructors for new owners.

💰Transparent, Custom Pricing

No two deliveries are the same. We calculate our quotes based on your vessel’s sustainable speed, the chosen route, and required crew size. We offer two ways to pay:

  • The All-Inclusive Package: One flat rate covering the entire mission.

  • Itemized Billing: A transparent, per-person breakdown of costs.

  • Pricing Menu:

    • Captain Fee: $100/hour for partial day rate or $600-$1000/Day for multi-day passage (varies with crewed delivery and training). We can supply STCW certified staff for commercial, passenger, and charter vessels.

    • Second Captain Fee: $350-$450/Day when required/requested by insurance.

    • Crew Fee: $150-$250/day per crewmember based on skills and experience.

    • Fuel: Owner's responsibility; only estimated in the quote.

    • Transportation: Typically paid by the owner, can be included in our packaged quote.

    • Provisions, Dockage & Meals Ashore: Usually paid by the owner, can be bundled into our rate.

    • Safety Equipment: Supplied by the Captain if not available on the vessel, and may be an additional charge.

    • Other Equipment: Supplied by the owner or Captain, priced as needed. Garmin InReach Live Tracking and Daily Reports: Included.

🛡️Our Safety & Duration Guarantee

We prioritize safety and vessel integrity over the calendar.

  • Weather Policy: We do not risk your investment. We avoid named storms within 300 NM and will secure the vessel until threats pass.

  • Fair Billing: If mechanical or weather delays occur, we transition to a significantly reduced per diem rate. If a delay is caused by our team, you are not charged for those days.

  • Safety is our priority; we won't risk your vessel, your crew, or ourselves to meet a schedule. We avoid named storms within 300 NM and secure the vessel until any threat passes.
